Autism spectrum disorders are generally regarded as lifelong conditions, affecting communication, relationships, and adaptive skills. Studies on the developmental trajectories of people out autism have found adequate social-communication skills, effective experiences inclusion in regular education classrooms, normal intellective functioning, an absence typical symptomatology. It therefore seems plausible to start reading ‘after autism’ psychopathological conditions a continuum that features several possible clinical non-clinical phenotypes. The present retrospective research aimed examine different 17 children with original diagnosis autism, evaluated follow-up approximately 5 years after end therapy. stability optimal outcomes is evidenced by diagnostic criteria for disorder. However, some difficulties persisted especially social domain, consistent dysfunctional core characterized childhood. Furthermore, many participants showed residual relational atypia, such alterations pragmatic or psycho-affective disorder, specific disorders. presence atypia provides important food thought, not only orienting any therapy which continue support older children, but also greater understanding pathological towards has evolved autism.
